- Available on either a practice or project-specific basis; multi-year policies available for projects up to five (5) years
- Covers work performed by or on behalf of the named insured (work by subcontractors)
- Occurrence or claims-made coverage
- Available as a stand-alone policy, or in a combined package with other coverages such as general liability, professional liability, transportation pollution liability, and contractor’s site pollution liability
- Common enhancements include mold coverage, transportation pollution coverage, non-owned disposal site coverage, blanket additional insured, blanket waiver, separate defense limits
- Mold exposures may be written on an occurrence form basis for all classes
- Defense costs (claims expenses) are provided outside the limit of liability (unlimited)
- $75,000 sublimit for emergency response costs
- Definition of property damage includes Natural Resource Damages
- Non-owned Site Liability for waste disposal
- Limits of liability up to $6M occurrence/$7M aggregate
